These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") govern the relationship between lodi129 (hereinafter "lodi129," "we," "us," or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the lodi129 online gaming platform accessible at lodi129.com and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications.

By accessing the lodi129 website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS UMID card, and Postal ID. lodi129 may request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Each player may hold only one (1) lodi129 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances in all associated accounts.

You must notify lodi129 promptly if any of your registered personal details change, including your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

lodi129 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 via most electronic payment methods;
• Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay are typically credited to your lodi129 wallet instantly;
• lodi129 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply;
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 via GCash and Maya;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed;
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to six (6) business hours depending on the receiving institution;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your lodi129 account;
• lodi129 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

lodi129 reserves the right to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on any transaction. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending investigation. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary measure.

lodi129 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits specific to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms;

All games offered on the lodi129 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• All RNG-based game outcomes (slots, virtual card games, roulette) are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested for fairness;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by human dealers operating under studio protocols. lodi129 records all live sessions and these recordings may be reviewed in the event of a dispute;
• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the lodi129 system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed, except where lodi129 determines that a technical error has occurred;
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, lodi129's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game cannot be completed, lodi129 may settle the bet or void it at its reasonable discretion in accordance with individual game rules;
• Sports betting markets are governed by the sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the lodi129 platform. These include rules governing void bets, postponed events, walk-overs, and settlement procedures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lodi129 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one lodi129 account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker-style or skill-based formats;
• Money Laundering: Using lodi129 as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of crime. lodi129 complies fully with Philippine AML laws and cooperates with law enforcement investigations;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that places bets without genuine human participation, except where expressly permitted by specific game features;
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to lodi129 deposits;
• Threatening Conduct: Threatening, harassing, or abusing lodi129 staff or other players through any communication channel.

lodi129 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy (typically 12 months without login);
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

In the event of account closure due to verified breach of these Terms, lodi129 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where balances are legitimate and no breach is confirmed, they will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus-derived funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has not recorded any login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. lodi129 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration charge. All content on the lodi129 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of lodi129 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lodi129 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lodi129 content without express written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi129 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lodi129's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

lodi129 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimizing the potential for harm associated with gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact lodi129 support to seek an informal resolution. lodi129 commits to responding to all formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

For disputes involving game outcomes, lodi129 will review server-side logs, game recordings, and transaction records. lodi129's determination following such review shall be final, subject to any regulatory override by PAGCOR.

lodi129 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a notification displayed upon login to the lodi129 platform.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the lodi129 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the lodi129 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. Where you close your account as a result of a Terms amendment, your legitimate balance will be returned in full.
